I seem to be running out of ideas and tutorials. Some tutorial suggested that I add a key called MAPI to the key HKCU/Software/Microsoft/Office/15/Outlook and add a String called 'Bitness' with the value '圆4'. Given that I had users without the problem on the same machine that had users experiencing the problem, I even copied the the Reg-Key: HKCU/Software/Microsoft/Office/15/Outlook from a working user directory to one that wasn't working and received theĤ. I have uninstalled Microsoft Office altogether, cleaned the registry using ccleaner and reinstalled Office again. This did not have the desired effect either.ģ. I have followed a few tutorials on the issue and tried deleting the registry key HKLM/Software/Clients/Mail/Microsoft Outlook, closing regedit, and repairing the office installation. (I've set this many times, and even installed a different mail client to see if the error got resolved if I set outlook to be standard e-mail client again but no luck)Ģ.
